Why Reliable

Discipline from the Air Force. Calm from FEMA deployments. Warmth from home.

Twenty years of active-duty structure means appointments start on time and paperwork is triple-checked before it's stamped. Reservist call-outs to disaster zones mean showing up prepared for whatever the day throws in — a skill that carries straight into last-minute signings and short-notice bookings. And a Jamaican upbringing means every signer, however stressed the document has them, gets treated like family at the table.

  • Mission-first scheduling — confirmed appointment times, real ETAs, no vanishing acts.
  • Document-literate — comfortable with legal, medical, real estate, and government paperwork.
  • Steady under pressure — trained to keep closings moving when signers are anxious or rushed.
  • Community-minded — reduced-fee signings available for fellow veterans and first responders.

Coverage

Serving signers across Florida

Mobile appointments cover the greater metro area and surrounding counties, with travel-fee bookings further out. Remote Online Notarization reaches any signer physically located in the United States for documents governed by Florida law.

Florida sets notarial fees by statute (currently up to $10 per notarial act, $25 for RON). A separate, disclosed travel or convenience fee applies for mobile and after-hours visits — never a surprise at the table.

The notarial fee and any travel charge are confirmed before the appointment — nothing added once we're at the table.

Calm pace

No rushing. Questions are welcome, and the appointment moves at whatever speed makes signers comfortable.

Clean handoff

Signed and sealed documents are returned to you on the spot, or couriered same-day for closing packages.

FAQ

Questions signers usually ask

Is Remote Online Notarization legal in Florida?

Yes. Florida authorizes RON under state law for notaries who complete the required training and use an approved platform. The session is recorded, IDs are verified electronically, and the resulting document carries a valid electronic notarial seal.

What do I need to bring to a signing?

A current, government-issued photo ID for every signer, and the unsigned documents. Do not sign anything before the notary arrives — documents must be signed in the notary's presence.

How much does a notarization cost?

The notarial act itself is priced at the state-set maximum. A separate travel fee applies for mobile visits, based on distance and timing. Loan signing packages are quoted per closing. Exact pricing is confirmed before booking — nothing added at the table.

Can you notarize after hours or on weekends?

Yes, by request, for time-sensitive documents such as hospital discharge papers or urgent affidavits. After-hours appointments carry an additional fee.

Do you handle real estate closings?

Yes. Loan signing services cover purchases, refinances, and HELOCs, including full review of the closing package before the appointment.
